One of the best sushi places on Long Island. High quality rolls, great bento boxes, all of the food is great! Service is another plus, all waiters are very generous, especially Tony. Atmosphere is pretty good, although it can be very busy at times (I guess that’s what shows it’s a great spot) and one negative is just the size of the restaurant and amount of tables. Overall, it’s definitely a 9-10/10 sushi spot.

Got the premium omakase on Father’s Day. The place was packed at 5pm (they open at 5). I’ve been coming here for well over a decade and this is the first time I’ve tried the premium omakase. The attached picture is the best thing I’ve ever had in my life, no contest. Thank you Torigo, for never disappointing

I grew up eating avocado rolls at Torigo, and now as a young adult who has developed a love for trying sushi all over, this place is still my number one. Their new space is absolutely beautiful, but it keeps the same charm and family feel of their old space next door. The food is always extremely fresh and high-quality at this Floral Park gem. Last night we were able to try their omakase for the first time. This stood out as my favorite omakase experience I have ever had. We decided to do the middle tier offering, which was $98 for 1 appetizer, 10 nigiri, 1 handroll, and 1 dessert. This was an amazing value as it included highly special pieces, including uni and salmon belly. My family has come here for every special occasion -- my high school graduation, selling our home, my last meal before college, Christmas, and now my college graduation with my parents and boyfriend. Thank you Torigo for being the most special place!

The fish here is exceptionally fresh and tastes great. We had the Omakase and the Sashimi Deluxe, and both were totally worth it. A major highlight was the Uni, which was flown in from Japan—it was incredibly creamy and sweet. From the buttery sashimi to the perfectly seared nigiri, every bite was top-tier. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic, high-quality sushi experience!

We won't be returning any time soon. I gave it 3 more tries because I thought maybe they're having an off day. Nope! it's gone down hill. The first offense was the crawling roach on the wall, we notified the server, he compensated a dessert. They should have compensated the entire meal but hey it's a small business, fine. The second time was take out lunch, we ordered lunch specials but the rolls we ordered weren't included, the salmon lunch special was upcharged to the entree price because we didn't ask for lunch special. We overpaid for what we wanted. The third time was the final straw. I purposely ordered lunch specials, they were special alright. Never again! I included a photo. The "vegetable" that was included was a small side salad and the noodles went straight into the trash, cold and gross. The salmon skin salad which is my favorite, well no more! It was so oily I had to trash that too. $100.00 for 4 people lunch special most of it ended up in my trash can! Save yourself the money and time. Currently looking for a new Japanese restaurant to call our favorite. Sorry Torigo, try better.
